In September 2018, the first phase of Bacchus was completed when the homeowners moved into Building 1. This marks the start of a new living district in Falkenberg. Next in line was the build of Building 2 and in the summer of 2020, people moved into Building 3. Building on the last of the first planned buildings, no 4, started in the winter of 2020 and will be ready to move into in June 2021.

The plan is for a total of 138 contemporary apartments in four buildings in a unique location neighbored by the sea. The apartments are sold by Svensk Fastighetsförmedling and after the summer of 2020, over 90% of all apartments was sold. There are still 20 apartments avaiable to purchase. Bacchus is built on an artificial peninsula once created to produce and store Sweden's needs for wine and spirits. Today that same peninsula enables us to build a new part of Falkenberg in a unique location by the sea.

FAN SHAPED WITH A FESTIVE ROOF TERRACE

At Bacchus four fan shape buildings are built with seven floors housing five apartments of varying sizes on each floor. The exciting architecture brings planning design which utilizes interesting angles providing each apartments with its own exciting expression. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and contact with the surrounding sea and nature. The apartments are furnished with floors, kitchen, wardrobes, white goods and WC-equipment but there is also the option of choosing more personally adapted extras. Comfort cooling in one of the bedrooms of these apartments is standard and comes with the purchase.

Each building has a shared roof terrace and overnight apartment to be used by the residents. There is also plenty of storage space and the option of covered parking. The apartments' surroundings are characterized by the presence of the sea and have several areas for play, recreation and socialization. The front side of the buildings has a welcoming, private and covered courtyard.

SAUNA WITH A SOOTHING SWIM

The area has a shared sauna and Kattegatt lies ready for an invigorating swim just a few quick steps away.

FESTIVE ROOF TERRACE

At the top of every building is a well-equipped roof terrace perfect for enjoying the sunset in good company and maybe a bit of food and a drink or two. All so you can enjoy a good moment 24 meters above the sea.

AN OWN APARTMENT FOR YOUR GUESTS

Get an apartment at Bacchus and guests will line up for a visit. Therefore the basement of each building has a bookable overnight apartment with space for 2-4 beds.
